Asotin County is a small rural county in southeastern Washington. The County serves
approximately 21,000 citizens and is administered by an elected, three-member Board of
Commissioners. The County operated on a $28.2 million annual budget during 2005. Its 120
employees provided an array of services including public safety, road improvements, solid waste,
sewer, health and social service, judicial administration (Superior and District Court), and general
and administrative services.
