The Chelan-Douglas Health District was established to provide parent-child services,
communicable disease control and environmental health support within the Districtís boundaries.
The District serves approximately 96,000 residents throughout two rural counties in Eastern
Washington. Federal and state resources fund most of the Districtís services.
