Lewis County Public Utility District No. 1 provides approximately 28,500 customers with electric
service throughout Lewis County. An elected, three-member Board of Commissioners sets
policy. A General Manager, appointed by the Board, administers the District’s day-to-day
operations. The District operates on an approximate $41 million annual budget. The District has
approximately 92 employees.
The District offers programs to help customers use energy efficiently and support policies that
promote resource conservation.
